Returns & 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

I want you to feel confident ordering Beevih.

That’s why every Beevih order comes with a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. If you are not happy with your Beevih tiles, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Beevih set must be returned in undamaged condition, with all tiles, and in its original packaging where possible. 

To start a return, please email hello@beevih.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I’ll then provide instructions for returning the item back to me.

Please note that items sent back without first contacting me may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received , I’ll process your refund as soon as possible. 

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your Beevih set is damaged, defective, missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@beevih.com so I can assess the issue and make it right.
